Requirements

• Working towards the achievement of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management or Accounting strongly preferred.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and reporting of financial data.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the identification of buyers for sell-side clients.
• Tracks information related to these buyers as well as other M&A/deal related information.
• Financial modeling.
• Assists with the drafting of teaser and M&A offering documents.
• Assists with the due diligence process.
• Assists with research for thought leadership pieces.
• Assists with marketing material updates and development.
