About The Position

What is the Opportunity? As the day-to-day HR Representative, develop and manage effective business relationships with colleagues and business leaders at all level What will you do? Work closely with the Sr. HRBPs and HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) on strategic HR initiatives, such as: Performance, Talent Management, Work Force Planning, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Diversity, Immigration/Relocation, Compliance and Compensation Responsible for internal mobility relocations for both domestic and International including Liaising with immigration team for all work related VISA’s and Green Cards Coordinate all separation requests including preparation of severance , notification, ER Reviews; OWBPA reporting and demographics Conduct exit interviews provide and prepare trend analysis by business line Advising on promotions and working with Sr. HRBPs globally on all associated year-end business line activities/processes Assist with other additional projects as needed. Contribute to continuous process improvement to gain efficiencies where appropriate Due to confidential nature of job, need to be professional and careful with securing documents. Handle sensitive employee issues What do you need to succeed? This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan. Requirements
