About The Position
The Investment Banking Full-Time Analyst position at KippsDeSanto is part of a two-year development program designed to accelerate the careers of new investment banking talent. This program will commence in July 2025 and requires in-person attendance at the assigned location within the continental United States, in line with Capital One's hybrid working model. The role involves supporting the mergers and acquisitions advisory practice within the Aerospace, Defense, and Government Technology sectors, providing comprehensive transaction advisory services to middle market defense and technology companies.
