Requirements

  • 10 plus years of executive administrative experience, preferably in Investment Banking or financial services.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle scheduling conflicts.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Process expense reports in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with the firm policies.
  • Act as a gate keeper by screening calls, emails, and meeting requests.
  • Assist in organizing client meetings and industry events.
  • Collaborate with other assistants and support staff to ensure seamless team operations.
  • Maintain executives CRM.
