About The Position
The Investment Banking Engineering team is seeking a Production Engineer Associate to join our Dallas, TX office. This role involves managing support activities in various trade booking platforms and working hands-on to investigate and resolve issues across systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to troubleshoot problems, perform root cause analysis, and ensure the smooth operation of software and systems through maintenance and integrations. Communication with internal and external stakeholders, such as the Deal Team and Operations desk, is crucial during lifecycle events. Additionally, the role includes developing scripts to automate daily manual activities and being part of a team that tackles real production engineering challenges, acting as a bridge between business needs and key stakeholders.
