About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investment Banking Associate to join our dynamic Corporate Finance Advisory team, offering an exceptional opportunity to create market leading corporate finance content, contribute to high-profile transactions, drive growth and within a leading financial institution. As an Associate in our Corporate Finance Advisory group, you will be a key player in developing corporate finance content on key events impacting CEO, CFO and Board level decision making. You will work with senior bankers to develop this content which will span M&A, capital markets, macroeconomics and many other topics. These presentations may be developed over the course of weeks for long-term market trends, or in as little as 24 hours in the case of unexpected market events. The role will require identifying market trends, developing a framework for the impact to corporates, and identifying Investment Banking opportunities. The role will also involve working directly with senior bankers and clients on corporate finance client materials and transactions on topics including capital allocation, capital structure and M&A structuring transactions, including separations.
