About The Position
Synergy Management Group (SMG) is a consulting firm that partners with institutional investors, portfolio companies, and growing businesses. We collaborate with top-tier organizations in private equity and venture capital to drive growth through sourcing, due diligence, operations, and strategic exits. We are executing a fast-track seed-stage capital raise and are seeking an experienced Investment Banker to lead this fundraising effort. This role involves developing investor materials, targeting high-net-worth investors, and managing the entire capital raise process from start to finish in collaboration with the CEO.
