Requirements
- 2+ years of Investment Banking experience
- Prior work experience involving financial analysis or transaction execution
- Degree in finance, business, management plus other related degrees
- Exceptional work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative, and leadership potential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop trust with clients and internal partners
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
- Motivated, team player with an interest and ability to learn in an energetic and challenging environment
Responsibilities
- Prepare valuations
- Write memorandums for company sale assignments and private placements
- Prepare M&A analyses
- Participate in due diligence and drafting sessions for public offerings
- Structure and execute transactions
- Function as a backup for relationships with important clients
- Serve as the key contact for some clients
- Assume some important new business responsibilities
