Eastdil Secured is seeking an Associate to join our Alternatives team in our New York office. Our Alternatives team is geographically and product type agnostic focusing on a multitude of non-traditional real estate verticals nationally. In recent years, the team has executed several of the industry's largest traditional equity sales, recapitalizations, and programmatic joint venture structures, namely in the self-storage, manufactured housing, and SFR/BTR sectors. This position will involve complex quantitative analysis and financial modeling. In addition, responsibilities will include overseeing the underwriting process, creation and execution of marketing collateral, process execution, and providing hands-on training and oversight of a team of Analysts.
