Our team assists companies in meeting business requirements related to valuation, risk management, transfer pricing, M & A Transactions, economic analysis, fairness opinions, and model validation. Internship Periods: 40 hours a week in-person in the Boston Seaport Office Summer Internship: June 1st through August 14th, 2026

Requirements

Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in a 4 or 5-year academic institution pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Econometrics, Quantitative Finance, Business, or a related field
Outstanding academic record minimum 3.5 GPA required
Successful completion of a previous internship or co-op in a related field (investment banking, valuation, financial services, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to exhibit strong attention to detail, business acumen, and professional writing skills.
Strong interest in quantitative and economic analysis, with an understanding of financial statements and tax returns is preferred
Proven leadership experience and an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrated through extracurricular activities or work experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to excel in client-facing roles

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of valuation analyses for various purposes, including financial reporting, gift & estate tax, investment banking, and advisory services.
Assist in reviewing third-party appraisals for audit support and financial reporting purposes.
Complete data entry of financial statements and tax returns into Excel-based models.
Conduct market, industry, and economic research to support valuation analysis.
Participate in client meetings and contribute to client communications regarding valuation matters.
Collaborate with different teams, including Corporate Value Consulting and Forensic Value Consulting.
Assist in writing reports, letters, and other client deliverables.
Participate in trainings and career insight presentations.
Write articles on practice related matters using information gained during course of internship.
