About The Position
The goal of the Deal Services Execution Support team is to operate as an Operations Center of Excellence, enabling bankers to spend more time on deal origination and execution, and allowing for stronger controls and the delivery of a superior client experience. You will partner with Global Investment Bank (GIB) and Global Corporate Bank (GCB) Product and Coverage teams to support the execution of Investment and Corporate Banking transactions across Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Lending. As an Investment Banking Deal Services Relationship Partner in the Deal Services Execution Support team, you will quarterback key milestones in the deal lifecycle and assist in audit/regulatory reviews and controls issue resolution and reporting. You will also participate in meetings with Bankers to proactively manage deal pipelines, identify opportunities and potential roadblocks that need to be addressed.
