Responsibilities

• Complex Modeling : Develop sophisticated financial projections and valuation analyses for transformative corporate transactions.
• Transaction Execution : Manage the end-to-end deal process, including the creation of Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and investor presentations.
• Strategic Advisory : Perform deep-dive industry benchmarking and research to provide tailored insights for C-suite clients.
• Direct Exposure : Participate in client-facing meetings and provide real-time support during live negotiations.
