Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) professionals.
• Perform due diligence, document processing, financial modeling, statistical analysis, research, and presentation development with some independence.
• Serve as a member of merger and acquisition and capital raising transaction teams, providing credit underwriting support, drafting information memoranda, and developing management and investor presentations.
