Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior CIB professionals
• Perform assigned duties with some independence, including due diligence, document processing, financial modeling, statistical analysis, research, and presentation development
• Serve as a member of merger and acquisition and capital raising transaction teams, providing credit underwriting support, drafting information memoranda, and developing management and investor presentations
