About The Position

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior CIB professionals
• Perform due diligence, document processing, financial modeling, statistical analysis, research, and presentation development
• Serve as a member of merger and acquisition and capital raising transaction teams
• Provide credit underwriting support
• Draft information memoranda and develop management and investor presentations
