Responsibilities

  • Work on various investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital raises, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts.
  • Research and analyze financial statements, general economic and industry-specific developments, acquisitions and divestitures, and various investment attributes of publicly traded and private companies.
  • Engage with clients and work with senior-level professionals at Houlihan Lokey.

Requirements

  • A B.A./B.S. in finance, accounting, business, or applied economics is recommended.
  • At least one year of investment banking or relevant finance experience is required.

Benefits

  • Competitive total compensation package, which may include discretionary incentive compensation.
  • Salary range of $110,000.00-$130,000.00.
