The Difference You Make: As an Analyst in Investment Banking Coverage, you will play a critical role in supporting deal execution, financial analysis, and client relationship management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or equivalent work experience, in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in Technology Investment Banking, preferably in Software 1+ year
- Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products, with a preference to experience in Software.
- Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player and self-starter.
Responsibilities
- Provides support to senior bankers.
- Develop client presentation materials, including all background research, analysis and drafting.
- Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis.
- Performing detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparable, transaction comparable and LBO analysis.
- Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations.
- Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies.
