The Investment Banking Analyst position at Baird focuses on providing analytical support within the Real Estate Team. Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other financial advisory services.
- Assist in the preparation of company valuations and financial models.
- Create company marketing documents and client presentations.
- Conduct research and various analyses to support new business generation.
- Work closely with both junior and senior bankers to develop skills.
Requirements
- 2 years of full-time work experience, preferably in a top-tier investment bank or real estate investment/transactional experience.
- Proven academic record with a passion for Finance.
- Excellent mathematical, writing, verbal, and computer skills.
- Ability to function well in both team settings and independently.
- SIE and Series 79 licensing preferred or the ability to quickly obtain.
