About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Investment Banking Program Analyst to support the Fund Finance Group within Corporate & Investment Banking. This role focuses on providing fund-level financing to private equity funds and other asset managers through structured credit facilities, emphasizing strong customer relationships and a compliance-driven culture.

Requirements

• 6+ months of Investment Banking Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Bachelor's Degree with academic distinction and coursework in financial accounting and corporate finance
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Dedication to building a career in Investment Banking
• Ability to work collaboratively in a demanding, highly focused, deadline driven, fast paced team environment, with a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Create detailed financial models to analyze capital strategies for clients
• Prepare marketing documents, including pitch materials and term sheets
• Conduct extensive financial and industry due diligence to evaluate the risk/return parameters of a transaction
• Support senior bankers in their relationship management responsibilities, including interaction with current and prospective clients
• Participate in all aspects of deal coordination, including conducting due diligence efforts, drafting and reviewing materials and liaising with potential buyers, other advisors and team members
