Investment Banker - AI Trainer
About The Position
Handshake is seeking experienced Investment Banking professionals to support AI research through flexible, hourly contract work. This is not a traditional full-time investment banking or private equity role. In this program, you’ll apply your expertise to help improve how AI understands real-world professional tasks and language. This is an ongoing, project-based opportunity that can be done alongside your primary employment. What You’ll Do This project work includes and is not limited to developing industry-specific prompts and evaluating LLM responses using your professional experience in investment banking or private equity. No prior AI or technical experience is required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Analyst or Associate in Investment Banking or Private Equity.
- Hands-on experience with financial modeling, valuation, pitch materials, and deal execution workflows
