About The Position

The Investment Bank Non-Financial Risk Associate role focuses on managing non-financial risk and divisional controls within the Americas Investment Bank. This position supports the first line of defense (1LOD) function by developing and maintaining controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating the Risk and Control Assessment (RCA) process. The role requires strong project management skills and collaboration with various stakeholders to effectively manage risks and controls.

Requirements

• Experience in banking and understanding of business controls.
• Background in Non-Financial Risk Management (NFR).

Responsibilities

• Support project management of the Americas regulatory remediation book of work, including coordination with 1LOD and 2LOD partners.
• Lead coordination of the end-to-end process and controls mapping for the Americas RCA remediation and BAU book of work.
• Support the Operational Resiliency Program within the Investment Bank, focusing on operational disruptions.
• Assist in ongoing regulatory reporting, adherence monitoring, and governance.
• Manage non-financial risk and control management for the Investment Bank, reporting to the IB Divisional Control Officer.
