About The Position
MLG Capital is seeking an Investment Associate to join its Acquisitions Team in Dallas, TX. The role involves identifying, underwriting, and closing various real estate investments, including multifamily, industrial/flex, and retail properties. The Investment Associate will conduct financial analysis, market research, and assist in the operations of the existing portfolio, while also presenting findings to investment committee members and communicating with stakeholders.
