About The Position

Dimensional's Investment Solutions Group (ISG) acts as a source of specialized investment knowledge that delivers thought leadership, education and analysis to our clients through face-to-face interactions and compelling, informative content. Within ISG, this position sits in the Equity Product Specialists team, which serves as subject matter experts on portfolios, offering deep knowledge of Dimensional's products as well as the competitive landscape. Through content and conversations, this team is a valuable resource to help clients understand our portfolios and their performance. The Investment Associate will work with other members of the team and gain a comprehensive understanding of fund construction, performance drivers, and strategic data analysis, building client facing and project management skill sets on the job.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 1-5 years' experience working in the asset management industry
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to resolve problems effectively and exercise independent judgement
• Motivated to self-teach skills and apply learned knowledge to applicable tasks
• Experience managing complex projects with many stakeholders

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of (or willingness to learn) SQL and Python preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Dimensional's investment approach and its implementation across strategies
• Effectively communicate and coordinate the team's portfolio performance commentary
• Provide quality control to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery of performance deliverables used internally and externally with minimal supervision
• Support efforts to improve team processes
