About The Position

The Investment Analytics Group Senior Analyst is responsible for producing complex investment analytics and may lead other analysts with diverse roles broadly focused on quantitative and qualitative analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, strategy research, presentations and reporting, data management, and client service across key investment entities. The Investment Analytics Group Senior Analyst will work cross-functionally as a member of the Client Reporting Transformation project to develop, enhance, and implement a new reporting system as a part of the Reporting Transformation program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in finance, Data Analytics or related fields
  • Minimum five years of professional experience in finance, data analytics or related fields
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and communication skills and solutions-focused approach to addressing challenges
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Access or other visualization platforms
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and managing databases
  • Experience with database management and financial reporting systems
  • Strong work ethic with a proactive, flexible attitude and a desire to pitch in wherever needed
  • Outstanding teamwork and project execution skills with multitasking capability
  • Unwavering integrity and ethics

Nice To Haves

  • In-depth understanding of financial and economic terms, concepts, and applications
  • Experience with Bloomberg Terminal or similar financial platforms
  • Experience designing workflow tools leveraging Power Apps
  • Strong interest in finance, consulting and/or investment management

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor other analysts
  • Perform capital market and economic research and analysis
  • Review prospect and client information for development, implementation, and monitoring of new and/or revised products and services
  • Provide detailed investment portfolio reporting, focused on key portfolio statistics, performance, and positioning given current market conditions
  • Analyze information for an assigned project or business area, making recommendations based on findings
  • Build and develop tools in support of investment analytics and reporting
  • Build and maintain internal sales dashboards and reporting
