About The Position

To sustain this commitment, we're looking for an experienced consultant to help deliver top-tier leadership development and board consulting services to significant cooperative businesses and member-governed organizations across the U.S. As a key partner to the VP of Board Governance and Development, you'll design and lead board education sessions, advise on governance best practices, and facilitate high-impact discussions on board roles/responsibilities, purpose, leadership at the Board level, and Board dynamics. You'll also contribute to business development and help ensure excellence in every client engagement. FCCS provides a tremendous culture to its employees with a focus on work/life values. In addition to competitive pay and benefits, our Denver-based employees operate on a hybrid schedule, currently working remotely 3 days/week. In addition to an annual bonus opportunity and competitive benefits, the salary range for this position is $100,000-150,000 annually.
