About The Position

This Internship position is in-office based in our Sandy, Utah office.
The Investment Analyst Summer Internship plays a vital role within our Asset Management team, stationed at our headquarters in Sandy, Utah. This position monitors the performance of hundreds of operating investment programs, as well as assisting in the due diligence process for new investment opportunities. This role is designed for those who have a strong interest in alternative investments, possess technical aptitude for analysis and financial modeling as well as strong presentation skills.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a financial emphasis (e.g., Economics, Finance, Accounting, Financial Planning, Math, Business Management, or Statistics).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on alternative investment programs, including Real Estate, Private Equity, and Private Credit.
• Monitor the performance of over 300 alternative investment programs.
• Draft comprehensive investment reports and liaise with Diversify’s Investment Committee.
• Drive process improvements and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency.
