About The Position

This position will be an integral member of the Penn Mutual Asset Management (PMAM) team and will develop a strong understanding of the markets and provide significant input into decision making by presenting opinions and influencing investment decisions. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or Economics.
• 0-5 Years Investment experience.
• Proven analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong decision making skills.
• The ability to effectively influence others.
• The ability to work in a fast paced high energy environment.
• Experience working in a trading floor environment and ability to deal with distractions and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Derivative Solutions and Bloomberg is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for credit research in assigned sectors which may include structured securities, investment-grade or high-yield securities.
• Provide forward-looking credit opinions on securities and sectors.
• Present investment ideas to the team in both formal and informal environments.
• Develop financial models and conduct industry research.

Benefits

• Base salary: $95,000 - $115,000.
