About The Position

The Dynasty Investment team is responsible for the delivery of investment management, investment solutions and client service to Dynasty's network of independent financial advisors. Dynasty's investment platform offering includes robust portfolio management and managed account solutions, access to research, thought leadership, and market commentary, investment consulting services, Outsourced CIO services, broad investment product access, capital markets solutions, and integrated technology for implementation. The Associate, Investment Analyst will be integral to the Investment Management team, working closely with Dynasty's Portfolio Managers in support of Dynasty's managed model programs and Outsourced CIO program. We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic individual to join our team, focused on supporting the portfolio management and research processes. The ideal candidate will have an interest in financial markets and portfolio management and will want to develop a deep understanding and ownership of our products, operational policies, and investment process. This role is best suited for an Investment Analyst that aspires to become a Portfolio Manager upon gaining further experience and professional education.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a similar field.
• SIE completion and/or Series 7 registration preferred but not mandatory.
• Progress toward or aspiration for CFA, CIMA, or CAIA designations preferred.
• Strong interest in financial markets, investment strategies, capital markets, and portfolio management.
• Experience with financial industry software and analytical tools, such as Morningstar Direct, YCharts, FactSet or Bloomberg is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Excel and PowerPoint experience required.
• Aptitude for leveraging technology to increase efficiency.
• Client focused with a dedication to delivering high quality service.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to take initiative and execute with a degree of autonomy.
• Must be able to partner, collaborate and work effectively in an in-office, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Support senior team members with investment research, asset allocation, and capital market analytics.
• Contribute to research and portfolio management of Dynasty's proprietary models and managed account solutions.
• Stay current with market trends, economic developments, and industry insights to be able to articulate Dynasty's 'House View' on the markets and economy.
• Support the production of thought leadership materials that strengthen OCIO and model portfolio strategies, including market commentary and portfolio resources.
• Become product expert on Y-Charts, Bloomberg, FactSet, and Morningstar Direct tools to support portfolio analytics and advisor requests.
• Support and maintain Dynasty Investments portal with content and platform materials.
• Organize and assist with investment due diligence process for products within the portfolios.
