The DLP Accelerator Program features a 24-month curriculum that blends intense professional education with real-world experience in a rapidly growing organization. As part of the Accelerator Program, the new hire will take on the role of an Investment Analyst, engaging in various tasks that will enhance their understanding of the business and its operations. This role involves completing required coursework and gaining valuable exposure to all facets of DLP Capital's operations. In the capacity of an Investment Analyst, the individual will be responsible for evaluating multifamily housing opportunities related to acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. This evaluation will be conducted through the analysis of Rent Rolls, Income Statements, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), and market and submarket data. The position requires a proactive approach to learning and adapting to different roles throughout the program, including remote assignments, which will further enhance the analyst's skill set and professional development. The program emphasizes the importance of making an impact, whether it be on the residents of the communities DLP serves, the investors who trust the company, or the sponsors with whom they collaborate.
