About The Position
The Revenue Investigator is responsible for conducting Revenue Protection investigations, which includes the development and documentation of all case materials such as detailed case records, evidence, depositions, affidavits, and company and public records. This role requires close collaboration with various departments, including Legal, Meter Service, Corporate Communications, and Regulatory. The investigator supports the development of new internal and external strategies and participates in the implementation of change management processes. Additionally, the investigator assists in developing uniform policies, procedures, practices, and standards to address energy theft and revenue loss situations. This is a hybrid role, with the first three months requiring full-time in-office work.
