About The Position
The position provides support and expertise to the Assistant District Attorney in investigating moderate to complex level cases and cases requiring special skills. The role may involve training and/or supervising staff, assisting in gathering pertinent data, and recognizing solutions for various cases. Responsibilities include locating and developing evidence for plea negotiations, planning and organizing work for trials, and preparing cases for disposition. The position also involves reconstructing events, interviewing witnesses, and preparing physical evidence for trial, as well as assisting during jury selection and trial phases.
