About The Position
The Investigator position at Brooklyn Defender Services (BDS) is a full-time role within the Investigation Unit of the Criminal Defense Practice. The primary purpose of this role is to support criminal defense attorneys by uncovering facts and witnesses necessary for providing high-quality legal representation to low-income clients in Brooklyn. The Investigator will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to address the complex legal needs of clients, particularly those from marginalized communities.
