About The Position
As an Asset Protection Associate at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., you will be responsible for the execution of Asset Protection initiatives in assigned locations (4-8 stores) and the implementation of shortage reduction programs in high shrink locations. You will partner with local store management to meet strategic Asset Protection objectives and leverage business and sales performance to reduce shortages. Your role will include participating in store associate training on approved Asset Protection initiatives, conducting routine assessments of store operations, and providing training on safety communication guidelines and crisis management protocols. You will also monitor controls, conduct surveillance to identify and investigate associate dishonesty, and conduct investigations related to inventory and cash loss. Additionally, you will support investigations related to Organized Retail Crime in partnership with local law enforcement and complete special projects as assigned by the Regional Manager of Asset Protection.
