Responsibilities

  • Complete administrative investigations for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Ensure the health and welfare of individuals served.
  • Conduct Major Unusual Incident (MUI) investigations in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
  • Ensure that adequate prevention is put in place to prevent future MUIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two (2) years of experience with conducting interviews, gathering and analyzing data, conducting assessments, and writing reports.
  • Experience providing service coordination for or working with individuals with DD preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Requires reliable transportation.
