About The Position
Amazon is seeking a Investigation Specialist I to assist with identity verification and fraud mitigation for daily freight movements flowing into and out of our North American fulfillment centers and our associated fulfillment network. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in a huge growth area for Amazon. Amazon is looking for a Investigation Specialist I that has a background in transportation, financial risk, AML, risk management and data driven problem resolution skills. In this role the Investigation Specialist I will continuously work with stakeholders to build trust-based relationships in order to investigate suspicious activity and address escalations while creating long-term, systemic solutions for a world-class customer experience. In this role, the Investigation Specialist I will be responsible for a wide range of duties related to identity verification.
