The individual in this position will primarily focus on investigating allegations of sexual misconduct and abuse made by patients, employees, students, and trainees in the clinical, academic, and workplace settings. This position will work closely with members of the clinical team, Chief Medical Officers, Patient Experience, Human Resources, Labor Relations, and Title IX offices, as well as Risk Management, Security, Legal and NYPD, and District Attorney’s Office. It may be necessary to provide testimony through a variety of court and legal hearings. The position operates in a fast paced, crisis setting, and requires teamwork, ability to conduct investigations and interview witnesses who experienced trauma in a compassionate, expeditious manner, and prepare written investigatory reports.
