About The Position
Assists financial advisors with providing efficient, quality service to clients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to deal with clients, financial advisors and staff
- Strong written and verbal communication skills sufficient to deal with financial advisors, clients and home office personnel
- Professional and pleasant appearance and demeanor to work with clients
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong analytical skills to be able to research account information
- Mathematical abilities sufficient to process account and transaction information
- Ability to operate general office equipment (copier, fax, etc.)
- Strong computer skills including Word and Excel
- Ability to learn various software packages
Nice To Haves
- SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) Exam
- One to three years’ experience in banking, insurance or financial planning industry
