Scope of Position This highly motivated and technically proficient individual, as part of the IT ERP Transformation team (Project Rio), will lead the Inventory to Deliver (I2D) value stream within a multi-year enterprise ERP implementation. This role is responsible for harmonizing, standardizing, and simplifying global Inventory to Deliver business processes and translating business and integration requirements into scalable SAP solutions across the enterprise. This position reports to the Head of Global Process Template. This role may be remote or based in Andover, MA, with required travel to the North Andover, MA office approximately two times per month. The I2D end-to-end process includes Outbound & Inbound Logistics Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, reporting, and Master Data Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (in absence of degree, relevant work experience may be considered).
  • 10+ years of overall experience supporting Inventory to Deliver (I2D) processes.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP best practices, standard I2D processes, and master data.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) configuration and customization.
  • Experience in warehouse structure design, inbound and outbound processing, picking, packing, staging, put-away and stock removal strategies, handling unit management, cross-docking, physical inventory, and cycle counting.
  • Knowledge of SAP Transportation Management.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and training.
  • Ability to guide and coach technical teammates on functional aspects and assess development to ensure consistency with initial design.
  • Project management skills in planning, tracking, reporting, and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently with a high degree of ownership.
  • Strong influencing skills balancing business objectives, ERP standard functionality, development efforts, and change management needs.
  • Positive attitude and ability to manage ambiguity and conflict effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface regularly with business and IT leaders.
  • Demonstrated customer focus, drive for results, strong interpersonal savvy, process management capability, functional and technical expertise, and the ability to lead and direct cross-functional collaboration.
  • Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure project milestones and goals are met.
  • Work with users to develop and scope functional requirements.
  • Conduct FIT-GAP analysis and develop detailed functional specifications.
  • Review technical specifications and evaluate technical solutions of SAP I2D modules.
  • Prepare use case scenarios and test scripts.
  • Lead functional testing and support system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Prepare and execute cut-over plans.
  • Partner with the I2D team, implementation partners, cross workstreams, and business stakeholders to develop business processes spanning inbound and outbound logistics for both warehouse and non-warehouse locations, inventory management, inventory counts and adjustments, internal warehouse processes, production processes, transportation management, returns management, and integration with global trade.
  • Evaluate satellite application integration needs and translate requirements into detailed functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with other value stream team leads and ERP program teams including Change Management, Application Development and Technology, Data, Audit and Controls, and the System Integrator to ensure cohesive delivery.
  • Develop knowledge and competency in super users and subject matter experts throughout the business.
  • Ensure instructional materials are accurate and provide subject matter expertise for end-user training delivery.
  • Support business users in end-user training and prepare the organization for solution deployment and transition.
  • Stay current on industry trends, SAP development, and innovations within I2D business functions.
  • Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Head of Global Process Template or Company management.
  • Responsibility directly tied to Watts Values (Integrity, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, Transparency).
