The Inventory Technician works closely with department team members to ensure appropriate inventories of supplies, equipment, and materials are maintained across the ThedaCare campus.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Distributes and processes incoming supplies, equipment, and materials throughout the ThedaCare campus.
• Orders medical/surgical products using hand held devices or requisitioning in the materials management system.
• Replenishes stock/non-stock products on PAR carts or at PAR locations.
• Coordinates new stock/non-stock product purchasing with assigned department and orders as appropriate.
• Assists in the management of area supply inventories and adjusts accordingly based on usage.
• Performs supply cart maintenance (cleans, rotates stock, updates labels, etc.).
• Responds to customer needs/inquiries for the procurement process.
