Summary : The Inventory Technician works closely with department team members to ensure appropriate inventories of supplies, equipment, and materials are maintained. Job Description: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Distributes and processes incoming supplies, equipment, and materials throughout the ThedaCare campus. Orders medical/surgical products using hand held devices or requisitioning in the materials management system. Replenishes stock/non-stock products on PAR carts or at PAR locations. Coordinates new stock/non-stock product purchasing with assigned department and orders as appropriate. Assists in the management of area supply inventories and adjusts accordingly based on usage. Performs supply cart maintenance (cleans, rotates stock, updates labels, etc.). Responds to customer needs/inquiries for the procurement process. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance
  • Position requires compliance with department specific competencies.
