Requirements

  • Excellent client-facing written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work with a large team with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of providing a timely and outstanding user experience.
  • Ability to handle daily customer service demands.

  • Basic inventory or IT knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Daily on-site inventory and asset management.
  • Client's conference room preventative maintenance and e-recycling.
  • Ensure client users have access to equipment in good working order.
  • Support a fast-paced environment focused on video conference rooms with outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Work cooperatively with on-site teammates as assignments require.
  • Ensure audio and visual quality, troubleshoot issues, and handle requests from meeting attendees.
  • Deploy and recover laptop and desktop images.
  • Provide face-to-face customer support for on-site client users.
  • Use ticketing systems to report work accomplishments and track SLAs.
  • Assist with utilizing Inventory Data management software to maintain inventory accuracy and workflow.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and clients to install hardware and troubleshoot computer issues.
  • Respond timely to IT questions from client users.
  • Manage occasionally demanding client users.
  • Contribute to large scale global projects as needed.
