About The Position

Purpose: Fully operate, utilize, and maintain bins in the Companies VLM’s. Take full ownership and responsibility for maintaining stock, order, and bin management in the VLM’s PPG software. Fill internal online customer requests. Fill backorders and out-of-stock scenarios from the VLM’s efficiently. Pull and stage complex BOTI machine orders for Fin-Dies. Prep and stage parts for BOTI’s Fin-Die pre-assembly and assembly areas. Responsibilities: Quantifiable metrics to which a person is held accountable · Arrive at work and position on time; remain present and engaged the entire assigned shift. · Able to categorize, recognize, and document patterns in process and problem solving. · Participate in regular employee reviews including setting and achieving goals. Manage and prioritize incoming stock orders, RPO, and capital orders from the floor. Create, manage, and maintain bin locations physically and in the VLM and company ERP system. Replenish parts assigned to the VLM as they arrive. Maintain and order Expense parts inside the VLM. Take full ownership and responsibility for operation of the companies VLM’s and data management of the PPG software. Manage and fill internal customer requests via the inventory departments online request ticket system. Manage and prioritize incoming stock MO’s. Pull, prep, and stage complex BOTI Fin-Die Orders for Fin-Die pre-assembly and Fin Die assembly. Coverage of Inventory Tech 1 position as needed. Essential qualifications and skills · High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate. · Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft applications. · Ability to effectively and efficiently navigate new software. · Ability to master Inventory Tech 1 position. · Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature, and flexible. · Exceptional attention to detail. · Good written and verbal communication skills. · Deep understanding of inventory and warehousing principles. · Ability to remain calm and determined to meet goals. Documentation of a current drug screen must be provided prior to start date.
