About The Position

Our Inventory Systems Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, overseeing material flow across warehouse locations, and ensuring data integrity within the company’s ERP system. The position plays a critical role in supporting warehouse operations, procurement, and sales by ensuring inventory accuracy, availability, and system reliability. Will serve as a primary user and data steward within the ERP system (Acumatica), ensuring inventory transactions, adjustments, and transfers are accurately executed and documented. This position will partner with Operations, Sales, and Finance on ERP-related inventory improvements and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in inventory control or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control procedures
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team setting
  • Knowledge of Inventory and Warehouse Management Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of daily inventory accuracy, including receiving, storage, internal transfers, and system reconciliation, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely inventory records within the ERP system, WMS, and supporting spreadsheets, ensuring alignment between physical inventory and system data.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts, hard counts, and resolve discrepancies through investigation and corrective actions.
  • Track inbound shipments, purchase order receipts, and inter-warehouse transfers, addressing shortages, damages, or mismatches as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to Procurement to prevent stock outs or excess inventory.
  • Implement and follow FIFO practices and support warehouse organization and labeling standards.
  • Support inventory audits, historical order reviews, and system clean-up activities to maintain audit-ready inventory records.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse, Procurement, Shipping, and Sales teams to support inventory availability and operational alignment.
  • Act as a subject-matter resource for inventory availability, lead times, and stock status, supporting Sales and other internal teams with accurate, timely inventory information.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
