As our Inventory Support Technician, you will work to achieve 100% inventory accuracy at the Riverside Distribution Center (DC). Reporting to the IRA Team Leader the role will work to ensure the inventory accuracy of all IRC's (Materials) in our SAP (Inventory Mainframe System) and TOPS (Warehouse Management System) systems.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Write and review written procedures (SOP, WP, OPL)
  • Enter daily IRA results and team priorities in the DDS database and participate in Site DDS.
  • Create Cycle Count Schedule, Cycle Count Calendar prior to the start of each fiscal year.
  • Demonstrate critical knowledge of and uphold the integrity of the Cycle Count process.
  • Demonstrate ability to export and print cycle count sheets from WMS.
  • Perform daily cycle counts audits with the 5-point match criteria using appropriate MHE.
  • Demonstrate the ability to record, transfer, and maintain daily/monthly cycle count results in the Cycle Count Schedule and Cycle Count Scorecard.
  • Chronologically, file, store and maintain all cycle count records in accordance with Riverside's SOP guidelines.
  • Perform inventory adjustments to ensure systemic inventory matches physical inventory.
  • Train others to perform inventory adjustments.
  • Root cause, resolve and communicate high dollar adjustments.
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of all operational areas and demonstrate ability to identify inventory outages in all work areas.
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze inventory outages, evaluate root cause and perform corrective action plan at an individual, team and site level.
  • Facilitate and participate in the execution of Biannual Physical Inventory process.
  • Participate in training for all teams conducting Biannual Physical Inventories.
  • Record, track and root cause variances relating to Biannual Physical Inventories results.
  • Participate in the annual external Deloitte Audits Assessment.
  • Demonstrate ability to pull QA samples and perform appropriate adjustment procedures.
  • Investigate, root cause and resolve customer complaints and communicate findings.
  • Maintain core team communication and flow as needed for MHE support in S&R, Full Case and Each Pick areas to provide periodic coverage.
