About The Position

Coordinating material requisition, receipt, issue, and inventory control for DoD program components, ensuring compliance with SCA regulations and maintaining accurate records for audit FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING #LI-TF1

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance (or higher)
• Three or more productive years in material coordination or inventory control (SCA II)
• CPL, CSCP, or similar logistics certification are preferred

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with inventory‑management systems (SAP MM, Oracle Inventory, Maximo)
• Strong knowledge of DoD material‑handling regulations (DFARS, ITAR)
• Ability to perform accurate cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and generate inventory reports
• Excellent organizational skills; capable of managing multiple material streams simultaneously
• Effective communication with vendors, transportation teams, and contract officers
