About The Position

Coordinating material requisition, receipt, issue, and inventory control for DoD program components, ensuring compliance with SCA regulations and maintaining accurate records for audit

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance (or higher)
• Three or more productive years in material coordination or inventory control (SCA II)

Nice To Haves

• CPL, CSCP, or similar logistics certification are preferred
• Proficiency with inventory‑management systems (SAP MM, Oracle Inventory, Maximo)
• Strong knowledge of DoD material‑handling regulations (DFARS, ITAR)
• Ability to perform accurate cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and generate inventory reports
• Excellent organizational skills; capable of managing multiple material streams simultaneously
• Effective communication with vendors, transportation teams, and contract officers
