Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 3–5 years of operations experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) is essential.
  • A proven ability to analyze data and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with WMS, SAP, or other inventory control systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in a lead role, directing the work of others.
  • Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • The ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders and present findings objectively and resiliently.
  • The ability to travel as needed.

  • Operating a forklift is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Data-Driven Leadership: Produce Logistics Center Inventory Analyses and scorecard data, using these insights to deliver exceptional inventory results. You'll oversee the inventory program, ensuring perfect alignment across physical stock, the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and customer systems.
  • Team Development: Direct and develop Inventory Control Analysts and Clerks, providing coaching and guidance to help them achieve company and individual goals. You'll lead regular team meetings to communicate expectations and celebrate results.
  • Operational Excellence: Conduct detailed investigations, perform audits, and make inventory adjustments. You'll research overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D), and develop analytics to identify root causes and early indicators of inventory problems.
  • Compliance and Improvement: Ensure compliance with key process outputs and regulatory requirements. You'll support safety committee activities, stay ahead of industry trends, and continuously monitor adherence to best practices.
