Assist our wide range of clients with the needs and demands of their supply chains Ensure acceptable levels of performance in assigned business unit by meeting or exceeding productivity standards and cost control management Work with customer, client services, and inventory teams on daily inventory management as well as maintaining a constant flow of inbound product Will process several large data sets at once to determine the best possible slotting for inbound and existing SKUs Create/Maintain/Implement inventory plans over the span of several weeks Ensure exceptional customer service by meeting key performance indicators (order fill rate accuracy, unannounced inspections, inventory accuracy, etc.) for assigned area of responsibility Achieve performance goals through KPI monitoring, promote LEAN principles, and process improvement Lead and maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment. Meet or exceed SCLS corporate safety goals Effectively communicate goals, expectations, areas for improvement, and successes to associates Potential to build a team of hourly associates and coach, train, and mentor associates allowing them the opportunity to grow and develop Conduct annual performance reviews

Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous experience in a leadership role with a track record of implementing and managing change
  • Listening skills and strong abilities to collaborate, communicate and motivate others to accomplish goals
  • Demonstrated success in problem-solving and decision-making to overcome obstacles and maximize opportunities
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while focusing on exceeding operational goals
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills, agility, and ability to be cross-trained to do more where needed
  • Technical savvy (intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel—along with internet, web-based, and job-specific software applications)
  • High school diploma/GED required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement training and experience
  • Supply chain/logistics experience is a plus but not required
