The position involves supervising inventory teams and managing manpower and processes to meet business objectives. Responsibilities include monitoring employee compliance and performance, supporting the production team, managing staff to hit target outbound schedules, and ensuring adherence to company policies, including GMP and Food Safety. The role requires conducting daily meetings, leading and developing direct reports, and continually seeking process improvements. The work schedule is a weekly rotational shift of 3 days and 4 days, from 6 PM to 5:30 AM.
