About The Position

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and organizing the receiving area for vehicles. This role involves operating inventory devices, conducting vehicle inspections, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety requirements. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
• General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude preferred
• Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to operate handheld devices preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Driver's license preferred

• Bilingual skill a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and organize the receiving area
• Operate camera and utilize a handheld inventory device to process incoming vehicles
• Determine operational capability of motor vehicles
• Complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs) on required vehicles
• Maintain inventory of all materials used
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Adhere to safety requirements
